THE PRIZES:

• Here’s how the winners will be selected: Just like all of my other give aways, I’ll compile a spreadsheet or numbered list of all of the reblogs, and I’ll use the number generator on random.org to chose a number and find the corresponding username on the list. The first number I draw will win the first place prize (or, if they are more into Avengers or Doctor Who, they may chose one of the other prizes). This little one’s name is Karson. He’s six months old and was born with a heart defect. He’s already gone through open heart surgery, and will likely need more surgeries, procedures, and tests as he gets older.

To help with the medical bills, his grandma is making and selling homemade caramels. They’re not very pricey- six bucks for plain and seven bucks for pecan, sea salt, or cayenne, and you get a half pound of candy.

Get a bag, get some nummy candy, and help a sick little kid in the process.

(I don’t know these people personally- I just think it’s a nice way to do good for someone in need. And yes, I bought some myself- one bag of sea salt caramels are heading to my mouth house as we speak. :3 )

Merida smiled a bit at this stranger’s tenacity. She didn’t look like the brawny type, but she was definitely a fighter. The kind of fighter that she wanted on her side. “Ta, come on.”, she said, noosing an arrow. She stepped forward, taking one last look at her massive horse, standing there, almost as if to say, best of luck, my companion. She nodded, getting all the reassurance she needed.

She carried on, noosing her arrow and plunging into the darkness.

It was quickly discovered that one of the seven-league boots made for quite an effective method of clearing her path, so Sophie followed the redhead as best she could, swinging a moth-eaten boot in front of her to beat back weeds.  “So - is this normal for them?” she asked, stomping on a tenacious root.  “The, erm, running off, I mean.”

Her youngest sister, Martha, had grown up a long time ago, and even when Sophie was helping take care of her, she couldn’t imagine chasing three Marthas around. No wonder Fanny had always been so absent-minded.
